Liver wash. Carrots are cleaned, cut into thin strips. Onions cleaned, cut into half rings. Wash peppers, remove seeds and cut into rings.
In a frying pan heat the oil, put the liver and fry on all sides for 2 minutes.
Add vegetables, salt and pepper to taste. Fry together, stirring for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Serve warm.
