The recipe for "tomato salad with corn and feta cheese":
Long time we did not have a refreshing summer salads I add another tomato. For more bright colors you can use in the preparation of tomatoes of different varieties and colors. If you love greens - add a salad green basil or parsley. For acidity can squeeze out a quarter of lemon or add a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar.
Be careful with the salt - feta is salty in itself, so before you add salt, try a salad.
Ingredients 4 servings:
3 large tomatoes
1 can of canned corn
140 g feta
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil to refuel
Tomatoes cut into not too small pieces.
Put in a salad bowl, add corn and diced feta.
