Ingredients 4 servings:

2 duck breast fillets
salt and pepper to taste
150g cherry tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
couple sprigs of basil
1 tablespoon apple cider or white wine vinegar
1 tsp Sahara
50 g of a blue cheese
150 g of salad mixture
30 g of nuts to taste (pistachio, walnuts or roasted almonds)

For the filling:

4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp liquid honey
salt and pepper to taste

Composition
