Ingredients for 2 servings:

For acute chicken:

1 large chicken breasts (about 250 g)

2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons white wine or cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Sahara
1/2 tsp Tabasco or similar hot pepper sauce
1 tsp cornstarch (or half a potato)

For pickled vegetables:

1 medium zucchini
1 large carrot
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons white wine or cider vinegar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons icing sugar

Composition

Vegetables cut into strips as thin as possible - by using the peelers or slicer.
