Salmon rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of salmon
  • 150 g of cheese
  • spices to taste
  • pita
  • greenery

Step by step recipe for cooking

Step 1

Lavash smear sunflower oil, sprinkle with spices, put on top of a second pita.

Step 2

Chunks of salmon 1 cm thick spread on top of the pita.

Step 3

Sprinkle with chopped herbs and grated cheese on a fine grater.

Step 4

Wrap roll and cut pieces of 3 cm. Prishpilivayut them with toothpicks so they are not scattered.
