Salsa fresco

Recipe "Salsa fresco":

Salsa frescoSalsa in the kitchen called seasoning of vegetablesfruit with the addition of critical components - as a rule, chili peppers and onion. Salsa served with dishes of meat, poultry and fish. Seasonings, a recipe that I am sharing with you today, is well served with fried pork chops or roast chicken without much spice.


2 medium ripe tomatoes
1 small onion salad
1 small chili pepper
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon lime juice
a small handful of coriander leaves (I treacherous parsley)
salt and pepper to taste


Finely chop the onion.


Tomatoes cut into cubes with a side of 0.5-0.7 cm.


Finely chop the peppers, garlic and cilantro.

Pepper, garlic, coriander

Mix everything in a bowl with the lime juice.


Cover and give to stand at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

Serve with meat or poultry.
