- 300 g of cottage cheese
- 100g grated parmesan

Prepare the sauce. Garlic peel and chop. With tomato peel and cut into small pieces. Olives cut into rings. Chopped basil leaves.
In a skillet heat the olive oil and fry the garlic, then add the tomatoes. Cook for 15 minutes over low heat. Add olives, basil, salt and pepper. Continue to cook for another 5 minutes.
Prepare cheesecakes. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, grated cheese and egg, add flour (2-3 tablespoons), salt and mix. From mass to form cheese cakes and roll in flour.
