Prepare stuffing. Onions finely chop and fry in vegetable oil until light golden brown. Add the chopped meat, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, sprinkle with flour and stir. Pour in the beer and cook, stirring, for 5-7 minutes. Add green peas, warm. The filling should remain slightly damp. Cool to room temperature.
Sift the flour with the salt. In a saucepan, combine sliced butter and oil, add 200 ml of water. Warm to melt butter. Pour the mixture into the flour and knead the dough. If necessary, add water.
Preheat oven to 180 C.
Separate the dough about 1/4. The rest of dough into 8-10 pieces and arrange them to the bottom and walls of molds for muffins, making sure that the dough was everywhere the same thickness.
Fill the molds filling. The remaining dough into 8-10 pieces and roll into tortillas, cover the top diameter molds. Close the filling, press the dough around. In the center of the cover make a hole for steam to escape. Brush with milk.
Bake the cakes for 30-35 minutes. Serve hot.
