Step by step recipe for cooking

Step 1

Prepare stuffing. Onions finely chop and fry in vegetable oil until light golden brown. Add the chopped meat, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, sprinkle with flour and stir. Pour in the beer and cook, stirring, for 5-7 minutes. Add green peas, warm. The filling should remain slightly damp. Cool to room temperature.

Sift the flour with the salt. In a saucepan, combine sliced ​​butter and oil, add 200 ml of water. Warm to melt butter. Pour the mixture into the flour and knead the dough. If necessary, add water.

Preheat oven to 180 C.
