- 800g chicken breast fillets
- 2 sour-sweet apple

For the marinade, remove fine grater zest from a lemon, squeeze the juice out of it. Mix the juice and zest with calvados, sugar, vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Chicken breasts cut into slices 1.5 cm thick. Mix with marinade, place in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Apples are clean, remove core, cut into large pieces, pour the lemon juice.
Push as breast slices interspersed with apples on wooden skewers, pre-soaked in water.
Red-hot in a pan grilled olive oil, fry the kebabs on each side for 5-7 minutes.
For the sauce chop the tarragon finely and mix with mayonnaise, add the lime juice and stir. Serve sauce separately.
