We remove the shrimp heads and shells. Separate the shrimp on the back and remove the dark vein.
Mix marinade chili sauce, vinegar, olive oil and spices. Pour the marinade over the shrimp and let it sit for 30 minutes.
While marinated shrimp, soak wooden skewers in cold water.
Cut sausage diagonally into slices 1 cm thick. Nanizhite, alternating shrimp and sausages on skewers.
