Spaghetti with chanterelles in cream sauce

sp-lis-42I just love chanterelles. And spaghetti with various cream sauces. In this recipe, my two love united :) . Get your dish is very simple and very fast. Set a minimum of ingredients, too. It's just the perfect dish for a quick dinner. We read, cook and enjoy :) .

Ingredients 3-4 servings:

600-700 g chanterelles
300 ml cream 20% fat
300 grams of spaghetti or other long pasta
salt and pepper to taste
cheese for feeding optional


Chanterelles tshatelno my, give water to drain. Large mushroom cut into 2-4 pieces, small leave as is.

Fry in vegetable oil until cooked with salt.

At the same time cook the spaghetti - ideally they should be prepared simultaneously with the sauce.

In a saucepan pour the cream with mushrooms, add the pepper and cook until boiling. All the sauce is ready.

We refill them ready pasta, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
