Pinned all fruits thick needle from all sides. Plums leave intact, the rest of the fruit, cut in half and remove the bone, or heart.
Place all the fruit, nuts and vanilla in a large sealable container, cover with brandy so that they are completely closed. Close the lid.
Place the container in a cool place for at least 2weeks. The longer the fruit will insist, so they will be "vigorous" and the delicious drink. Serve fruit with cheese to brandy, cognac or armagnac.
