Recipe "Thai salad with mango and cucumber":
This fruit salad is not quite dessert. It would be more appropriate as a supplement to the main hot dishes like shielding and refreshing side dish. Although in itself it is very tasty.
At the gas station instead of rice vinegar, you can use apple cider - it will give a very slight change in taste.
Approximate cooking time: 12 minutes
Ingredients for 4 servings:
1 large mango
1 greenhouse cucumber
? small hot pepper
For the filling:
60 ml rice vinegar
2 tablespoons Sahara
1/8 tsp salt
Mango cut in half, cut out the bone and clean from the skin. Cut into small slices.
Cucumber cut into 4 pieces lengthwise, then cut into slices.
Finely chop the pepper. Put it in a bowl, add sugar and vinegar, stir to dissolve sugar.
Mango and cucumber put in a salad bowl, dressed and stir.
Serve immediately or put in the fridge to feed.
