In the cabbage, remove the damaged leaves and stalks, cut leaves into thin strips.
Put the cabbage in a pan with a thick bottom,season with salt, add the vinegar, put on a little fire and stir constantly until the cabbage is not settled (do not overheat, otherwise the cabbage will be too soft). Wring out excess juice from the cabbage and cool.
Apples peel, remove the core and cut the flesh into strips.
Onion peel and finely chop.
In the sour cream, add sugar and pepper, mix well.
For the cabbage add the onions, apples, season with all the sour cream, mix well, put in a salad bowl and serve.
