Onion peel and finely chop.
In herring cut the head, remove the entrails and rinse well under running water fish. Dry the paper towels.
With a sharp knife, remove the skin and separate the herring fillets from the bones.
Prepared fillet with onion chop the stuffing heavy knife, or mince or chop with a blender.
The resulting mass tuck sour cream and mix thoroughly. Put in a bowl and garnish with finely chopped green onions.
