- 2 eggs
- 100ml milk
- 25 ml of cream with fat content of not more than 20%

Whisk until smooth eggs, milk, cream and cinnamon.
3 Dip bread slices in egg-milk mixture,flip, hold for 5-10 seconds. from each side. Heat in a pan the butter and fry the bread in it, for 2-3 minutes. on each side, until golden brown. A little cool. Serve warm with honey, raisins or prunes and natural yoghurt.
