Tuna tartar with avocado rice paper and yuzu sauce

Ingredients

  • Tuna - 100 g
  • Roman salad - 30 g
  • Rice Paper - 20 g
  • cilantro - 5 g
  • avocado - 40 g
  • Soy sauce - 10 g
  • rice vinegar - 10 g
  • fish sauce - 10 g
  • yuzu lemon juice - 10 g
  • sesame oil - 10 g
  • pepper - 1 g
  • Chili pepper - 3 g

Step by step recipe for cooking

Step 1

Diced tuna fillet, romano leaves and avocado. Refill all pepper and yuzu sauce.

Step 2

Mix in a bowl, soy sauce, rice vinegar, fish broth, lemon juice, yuzu and chili pepper finely chopped.

Step 3

Spread on a plate of tuna.

Step 4

The warm water soaked rice paper and lay on top of the tuna. Pour sauce yuzu and sesame oil decorate with cilantro and lettuce.
