Vegetable fritters made of artichoke with cheese and peas


  • 400 g of Jerusalem artichoke
  • Adygei cheese 200g
  • 100 g fresh peas
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon dried onion
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • mustard oil - for frying
  • salt - to taste

Step by step recipe for cooking

Step 1

Jerusalem artichoke peel and cut into thin and small strips.

Step 2

Adygei cheese grate. Pea pods to choose from.

Step 3

Mix artichoke, cheese and peas, to drive an egg, salt, season with pepper, grated garlic and dried onion.

Step 4
