Venezuelan sandwich

Ingredients

  • corn or corn flour - 240 g
  • water - 250 ml

  • boiled chicken - 200 g
  • onions - 0.5 pc.
  • Celery - 100 g
  • Salt - a pinch
  • pepper - a pinch
  • Avocado - 4 slices
  • olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Step by step recipe for cooking

Step 1

Thoroughly mix flour and salt and then add to warm water.

Step 2

Knead the dough. Make sure that it is free of lumps. If the dough crumbles, add a little warm water to the desired consistency.

Step 3

Roll the ball of dough, then shape out of it a little cake.

Step 4

Preheat a frying pan vegetable oil and fry the AREP for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
