Filling:

  • curd cheese - 200 g
  • low-fat sour cream - 1 tablespoon
  • dill - a few sprigs
  • salmon with a / c (or other red fish) - 120g

Step 1

Waffles with spinach, cheese and salmon

Spinach unfreeze. Melt the butter. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, pepper and baking powder.

In another bowl, mix the eggs, yogurt, spinach, butter and grated cheese.
