Recipe "Waffles with spinach, cheese and salmon":
- flour - 150 g
- salt pepper
- baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- kefir - 100 ml
- spinach s / m - 70 g
- butter - 60 g
- Cheese - 100 g
- curd cheese - 200 g
- low-fat sour cream - 1 tablespoon
- dill - a few sprigs
- salmon with a / c (or other red fish) - 120g

Step by step recipe for cooking
Spinach unfreeze. Melt the butter. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, pepper and baking powder.
In another bowl, mix the eggs, yogurt, spinach, butter and grated cheese.
Pour the liquid mixture into the dry and carefully knead the dough. Bake waffles. Cool and cut.
For the filling mix the cream cheese, sour cream, chopped dill. Add salt and pepper to taste. The fish is cut into thin slices.
Collect from waffles, toppings and cheese sandwiches fish. Serve immediately. Bon Appetit!
