  • Vegetable oil for frying

  • 100 g boiled potatoes

  • 40 g flour

Step by step recipe for cooking

Step 1

Mix the flour with salt and ajwain (if using), add the oil and enough water to knead, but dough. Wrap the dough in foil and leave it on the table for 15-20 minutes.

Step 2

Stir until mushy state all the ingredients for the filling.

Step 3

Divide the dough into 2 pieces, roll into a thin cake. Put the stuffing in the center and form a triangle samosa. Fry in deep fat for 2-4 minutes.
